LockPad Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: [Effective Date] · Version 0.5 (draft of October 5, 2026)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the LockPad Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Services, including Creators, traders, waitlist members and anyone who talks to Locky. If you break it, we may block wallets or IP addresses from the website, report you to authorities, and terminate your access, without refund. A coin is delisted only for the two reasons in Section 1 (the Delisting Policy in Section 12 of the Terms). Because blockchain contracts cannot be changed, our enforcement is limited to LockPad's own interfaces and to cooperation with authorities.

1. The only two things that get a coin delisted

LockPad delists a coin from its website and interfaces only if:

1. Phishing links — the coin's description, website, social links or any other link shown on LockPad leads to a wallet drainer, a fake airdrop or claim page, or another site built to trick people into signing transactions or giving up keys or funds; or

2. Fake volume or fake holders — the Creator, or people acting with the Creator, used wash trading, self-trading, or bot or sybil wallets that they control or fund, to fake the coin's trading volume or number of holders.

Nothing else is a ground for delisting. We do not delist coins for impersonation or parody, copycat or look-alike names, tickers or images, trademark or copyright complaints, offensive or distasteful memes, a falling price, low volume or inactivity, the Creator selling, or complaints that do not show one of the two grounds above. How we detect these, the warning label, the delisting notice, fee handling and appeals are set out in Section 12 of the Terms. [LAWYER SUGGESTION — NOT ADOPTED; FOR MICHAEL TO CONFIRM: legal-compliance carve-out. See lawyer_review_notes.md §10.]

1A. Creator responsibility for coin content

Creators are solely and legally responsible for their coin's name, ticker, image, description, links and promotion, including that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or publicity rights, does not falsely claim endorsement by or affiliation with any person, company or LockPad, is not presented as an investment or promise of returns, and does not break any law (for example, child sexual abuse material, which is illegal and will be reported to NCMEC and authorities as the law requires). Breaking these responsibilities is not, by itself, a ground for delisting, but the Creator remains liable for it under the Terms and the Creator Launch Agreement, including their indemnity.

2. Prohibited conduct

These rules are about how you use the website and LockPad's systems. Breaking them can lead to your access being blocked, but does not get a coin delisted unless it is also one of the two grounds in Section 1. You must not:

1. Use LockPad if you are under 18, a sanctioned person, or in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or use VPNs or other means to evade geoblocking or wallet screening.

2. Use bots, scripts, multiple wallets, or bundled transactions to snipe launches or evade anti-sniper or max-wallet protections.

3. Launch coins to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or move proceeds of crime.

4. Interfere with, attack, overload, scrape at unreasonable rates, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or probe the Services or their infrastructure.

5. Attempt unauthorized access to admin tools, Platform Wallets, or other users' data.

6. Misrepresent your coin's relationship to LockPad, or use LockPad's or Locky's names, logos or mascot in a coin name, ticker or image without written permission.

7. Post fake reports, abuse complaint processes, or harass LockPad staff or other users.

3. Locky (AI chatbot) rules

Locky is an AI that collects feature suggestions. When using Locky, you must not:

1. Enter seed phrases, private keys, passwords or other secrets. (Locky tries to redact them, but you should never share them with anyone.)

2. Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, or to make Locky reveal its instructions, other users' data, or system details, or to act outside its suggestion-collecting purpose.

3. Use Locky to request or generate price predictions, trading or investment advice, shilling or promotional content, or to impersonate LockPad.

4. Submit spam, automated or bulk messages, or attempt to circumvent rate limits (including by rotating IPs).

5. Submit hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal content, or personal information about other people.

6. Submit content you do not have the right to share, or confidential information.

7. Use Locky's outputs to train or develop competing AI models, or represent Locky's outputs as statements or commitments by LockPad.

Locky may refuse off-topic requests, and we may rate-limit, block, or log abuse.

4. Reporting

Report suspected phishing links or fake volume / fake holders to Mike@officiallockpad.com with the coin's contract address, the proof page link, and what you found (for example, the link, or the wallets and transaction hashes). A report is a lead that we check; it is not proof on its own. Copyright notices should follow Section 16.5 of the Terms. Appeals against a warning label or delisting go to the same address with the subject line "Delisting Appeal" (Terms Section 12.7). Security issues: officiallockpad.com/security.

5. Enforcement

Coins. Coins are labeled and delisted only under the Delisting Policy (Terms Section 12): a person reviews evidence from link scanning or on-chain trade analysis, we show a warning label first where feasible, and you can appeal. Delisting does not stop the on-chain coin from existing or trading, does not touch anyone's coins or the locked liquidity, and does not change its fee split.

Conduct. For breaches of Sections 2 and 3, we may block wallets and IPs from the website, rate-limit or block Locky, refuse to process new launches from a wallet that has broken these rules, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement. [LAWYER/FOUNDER TO CONFIRM: whether refusing new launches from a wallet whose earlier coin was delisted is wanted.]

Crypto is risky. Memecoins can go to zero. LockPad locks liquidity and revokes authorities but can't stop prices from falling. Nothing here is financial advice. © 2026 LockPad · officiallockpad.com
