Delisting policy

We delist for two reasons. Only two.

Delisting removes a coin from LockPad's website and channels: Explore, search, trending, the home page and our socials. It never touches the coin on-chain. LockPad can't pause, freeze or blacklist a coin, unlock its liquidity, or take anyone's tokens. Nobody can.

The only two grounds

  1. Phishing links: a description, website or social link that leads to a wallet drainer, a fake airdrop or claim page, or another site built to trick people into signing transactions or handing over keys.
  2. Fake volume or fake holders: the creator, or people working with them, wash trading or using bot or sybil wallets they control or fund to fake volume or holder counts.

Never a reason to delist

Parody or impersonation memes, copycat names or tickers, trademark or copyright complaints, offensive or crude memes, a falling price or no volume, the creator selling coins they bought on the market, or complaints from people who lost money. Those coins stay listed.

How it works

  • Every link is scanned automatically at launch and regularly afterwards. Trades are analysed for wash trading and wallet clusters funded by the creator.
  • A flag only adds a public "Under review" warning on the coin. A person reviews the evidence, and only a clear match to one of the two grounds leads to delisting.
  • A delisted coin's page shows the ground, a short evidence summary and the on-chain facts, so holders can still verify the lock.
  • If a linked site was hijacked and the creator wasn't involved, we hide the bad link and keep the coin listed.

Fees after delisting

LockPad keeps its 10% platform fee from delisted coins, exactly as for any other coin, and the $LOCKY (5%) and $LOCKPAD (10%) buyback-and-burn shares keep flowing as fixed at launch. LockPad's automation stops forwarding the creator's share for that coin (on a regular coin 75% of LockPad's fee share: about 0.9% of each trade on Solana, 1.125% on EVM chains; on a reward coin 25%). The fee configuration is frozen on-chain, so LockPad can't redirect it. The launch fee isn't refunded.

Appeals

Email Mike@officiallockpad.com with the subject "Delisting Appeal", the coin's contract address and your evidence. If we got it wrong, we relist it.

This summary is part of the Terms of Service (Section 12) and the Fee Schedule (Section 8).

Crypto is risky. Memecoins can go to zero. LockPad locks liquidity and revokes authorities but can't stop prices from falling. Nothing here is financial advice. © 2026 LockPad · officiallockpad.com
