How LockPad works, in plain language

Nobody can rug. Not even us. This page explains how LockPad works in plain language. It isn't financial advice, and it doesn't replace our Terms of Service, Fee Schedule, No-Rug Commitment and Risk Disclosure. If anything here differs from those documents, they win.

Official CA will only be announced on our socials. Don't buy any CA we haven't announced.

Any $LOCKPAD or $LOCKY contract address announced before our official announcement, or that isn't pinned on @OfficialLockPad, is not ours. Only trust CAs announced and pinned by @OfficialLockPad. Our site is officiallockpad.com.

The basics

What is LockPad?

LockPad is a multi-chain memecoin launchpad. You bring an idea (name, ticker, image, description), pay a small launch fee, and LockPad deploys the coin for you with every rug-pull lever removed in the launch transaction itself: liquidity locked forever, mint and freeze powers revoked, a name, ticker and on-chain metadata link that can't be changed, and zero tokens for the deployer. Every coin gets a public proof page so anyone can check this on-chain.

Which chains does LockPad support?

Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum (mainnet) and Robinhood Chain. The launch page shows which chains are open for new launches right now. A chain can be paused temporarily (see "Why is a chain paused?").

Do I need an account?

No. You connect your own wallet. LockPad never holds your wallet, keys or coins and can't move anything out of your wallet.

Does it cost anything to browse, check proof pages or talk to Locky?

No. Browsing, proof pages, the waitlist and Locky are free. The only LockPad fees are the launch fee (paid by the creator) and LockPad's share of trading fees (see "Fees and payouts").

Who can use LockPad?

Adults, where using it is legal for them. See the Terms for the full eligibility rules and any restricted regions.

Launching a coin

How much does it cost to launch?

The launch cost + US$2, on every chain. Checkout shows two lines: Network / launch cost (our live simulation of the gas, rent, pool setup and metadata costs LockPad pays to launch your coin on that chain, plus a 20% safety buffer) and LockPad fee: US$2. You pay the total in the chain's native coin (SOL, ETH or BNB) at a live price, and it's locked for 5 minutes. If the lock runs out, you get a fresh quote. The network part depends on the chain and moves with live gas and token prices: on Solana it's a few dollars (for example about $4.73 network cost + the $2 fee), it's usually lower on Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, and higher on Ethereum mainnet, where gas costs more. Checkout always shows the live number before you pay. There are no free launches.

Is gas included?

Yes. The "Network / launch cost" line covers all of LockPad's launch gas and setup costs. You only pay the small network fee on your own payment transaction. Your coin normally goes live within about 2 minutes of your payment confirming. If launch costs go up in the meantime, we don't charge you more: small increases are on us and we launch right away. If costs spike a lot, we keep retrying every few seconds for up to 5 minutes, then refund you in full.

Can I get a refund?

The launch fee is non-refundable once your coin launches. If a launch fails, or network costs spike so far above your locked quote that we can't launch within 5 minutes of your payment, you're refunded automatically to the wallet that paid, in the same coin and the same amount you paid. The refund isn't re-priced in dollars, so its dollar value may be a bit higher or lower than when you paid.

Why is a chain paused?

Usually it isn't paused for gas: the price follows the live launch cost instead. We may pause a chain in extreme gas conditions, and we may also pause a chain if it, or a protocol we launch on, is down or unsafe. If you've already paid, your launch still goes ahead at our cost, or it's refunded automatically if it can't go through.

Do I get any tokens of my own coin?

No. There's no creator allocation, no "first buy", no presale and no bundle. The launch transaction contains no buy at all. If you want your coin, you buy it on the open market like everyone else, after it's live. What you earn as the creator is 75% of the trading fees on a regular coin, or 25% on a reward coin, where holders get half (see below).

Who is the "dev" of my coin?

LockPad deploys every coin and is its deployer of record. Our launcher wallet signs the launch transaction, and right after it holds zero tokens and no powers. You, the creator, submit the idea and earn the creator fee share. That's why block explorers and "dev wallet" trackers will show LockPad's launcher as the deployer, and why "dev sold" alerts don't mean the usual thing on LockPad coins. You may call yourself the creator, but not the deployer or developer, and you can't claim to control the coin.

Can I change my coin's name, image or description later?

The name and ticker can never change, so check them carefully before you pay. The coin info (description, logo, banner, website and social links) stays editable from Your Launches, only with a signature from the wallet that launched the coin. LockPad applies the edit as the coin's dev after automatic phishing-link checks, and every version is kept in a public edit history on the coin page. Supply, liquidity and fees never change.

Can a launch be front-run by snipers?

LockPad turns on anti-sniper protection by default, and some chains also get a temporary max-wallet limit at launch. These protections are temporary and automatic, and LockPad has no control over them after launch. They reduce sniping but can't stop every bot. The exact settings are shown at checkout and on the proof page.

Fees and payouts

What's the trading fee?

Every LockPad coin, including $LOCKY and $LOCKPAD, charges 1.5% on every buy and sell. It's shown at checkout and on every proof page, and it's frozen at launch, so nobody can change it later.

How is the trading fee split?

Traders pay 1.5%. On Solana, the pool protocol (Meteora) keeps 20% of that, and on regular coins the remaining 1.2% is split 75% creator / 5% $LOCKY burn / 10% $LOCKPAD burn / 10% platform, so creators earn about 0.9% of every trade. On Base, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain, LockPad's own pool hook collects the full 1.5% with no protocol cut, so the same split gives regular-coin creators 1.125% of every trade. Reward coins (paired with any token CA that passes our automated checks; tokenized-stock rewards switch on after legal review) pay holders half the fee, so the creator gets 25%: about 0.3% of every trade on Solana and 0.375% on EVM chains (see What's a reward coin? below). The regular-coin split is frozen forever at launch:

Who Share What it's for
Creator 75% (reward coins: 25%, plus 50% to holders) Paid to the Payout Address you entered at checkout
$LOCKY buyback-and-burn 5% Buys $LOCKY on the open market and burns it
$LOCKPAD buyback-and-burn 10% Buys $LOCKPAD on the open market and burns it
LockPad platform fee 10% Paid to LockPad. It funds updates and upgrades to the website; any remainder is LockPad's income

Example (Solana, the 1.5% fee every LockPad coin charges on buys and sells): on $1,000 of trading volume the fee is $15.00. Meteora gets $3.00, the creator $9.00 ($3.00 on a reward coin, with $6.00 to holders), $LOCKY burn $0.60, $LOCKPAD burn $1.20, and LockPad $1.20. Network fees are extra.

How and when do creators get paid?

Your share (75% on a regular coin, 25% on a reward coin) is sent automatically to the Payout Address you enter at checkout, on that coin's chain. There's nothing to claim: on Solana, LockPad's fee router collects the coin's trading fees from Meteora and forwards your share (if LockPad ever stops, see What happens to my coin if LockPad shuts down?); on the EVM chains the fee hook pays it straight to your address when our automation triggers the payout. The payout split is fixed at launch, and every payout is logged with a transaction link.

When: automatically, about every 15 minutes on each chain. There's no claim button. A payout goes out once your accrued share is big enough that the network fee to send it is no more than about 3% of the amount; smaller amounts simply carry over to the next run. Times are approximate.

What if I enter the wrong Payout Address?

Fees sent to a wrong, unsupported or inaccessible address can't be recovered, by you or by us. The Payout Address is fixed at launch and can never be changed. Use a wallet you control on the coin's chain. Don't use an exchange deposit address.

Do I owe taxes on creator fees?

Possibly. Fee income and trades may be taxable where you live. LockPad doesn't give tax advice. Talk to a tax professional.

Does LockPad charge anything else?

No other LockPad fees. You'll still pay normal network (gas) fees on your own transactions. The gas for automatic payouts is paid by LockPad's automation, and a payout only goes out once that gas is about 3% of the amount or less.

What's a reward coin?

A reward coin is a LockPad coin whose holders receive other tokens the creator picks at launch: any token CA that passes our automated checks (up to 5, each weighted at least 10%; tokenized-stock rewards switch on after legal review), paid from trading fees. Reward coins have a fixed 1.5% trading fee, split after the venue's cut: 25% creator, 50% holders (paid in the reward tokens), 5% $LOCKY buyback-and-burn, 10% $LOCKPAD buyback-and-burn, 10% platform. So the creator gets 25%, not the 75% of a regular coin: about 0.3% of every trade on Solana (after Meteora's 20%) and 0.375% on EVM chains, while holders get about 0.6% / 0.75%. The tokens, weights and split are frozen at launch. Creators can also switch on Community Mode at launch (see below). Holder rewards are paid automatically, hourly (daily on Ethereum), split by how much each holder held and for how long during the period. Rewards depend entirely on trading volume and can be zero. Reward coins can be launched on every chain LockPad supports once launches are open on that chain; paying holders in reward tokens has been tested end to end on each chain (on local test networks). If a reward token can't be bought when rewards are paid (for example, no liquidity), that share is paid in USDC or the chain's native coin instead, and the coin page shows why.

What's Community Mode?

An optional switch for reward coins, chosen at launch. With it on, 33% of the holders' 50% goes to holders of the reward tokens (the "paired" tokens the coin pays out in), each paid in its own token and split by the weights set at launch. The rest (67% of the holders' share) goes to the coin's own holders as usual. Of the distributed fees that's 25% creator, 33.5% the coin's holders, 16.5% the paired tokens' holders, 5% $LOCKY buyback-and-burn, 10% $LOCKPAD buyback-and-burn, 10% platform. There's no extra fee: the trading fee stays 1.5% and the creator's, $LOCKY's, $LOCKPAD's and the platform's shares don't change. To be paid, a paired-token holder needs a minimum holding (about $20, or $100 on Ethereum) averaged over the payout period; liquidity pools, lockers, exchange wallets, bridges, burn addresses, contracts and LockPad's own wallets are left out. Payouts follow the same schedule as the coin's holder rewards (hourly, daily on Ethereum). Sending costs are capped at about 3% of the amount: if paying everyone would cost more, the largest eligible holders are paid and the smallest are skipped for that payout; if even that isn't possible, the amount carries over to the next payout. The switch and the 33% share are frozen at launch, and the coin page shows "Community Mode: 33% of holder rewards go to $TOKEN holders". Like all holder rewards, payouts depend on trading volume and can be zero. The 7-day backup that protects holders' money if LockPad stops works the same with or without Community Mode.

What does "Run checks" do?

When a creator adds a reward token and clicks Run checks, LockPad runs about 20 automated checks on it once: is it a real token, is it on a sanctions or scam list, can someone mint more or freeze wallets, are there taxes, does a test sell work, is there enough liquidity and a real swap route, is it too concentrated (exchange, pool, locker, burn and bridge wallets aren't counted) or too new, and do outside scanners flag it. A token that passes shows "Passed LockPad's automated checks." That isn't a guarantee: tokens can still drop in value or lose liquidity. A token that fails shows the reasons and can't be paired. If a data source doesn't answer, it shows "Couldn't check" and the creator can retry. Checks aren't repeated after launch. Stock tokens can't be used as rewards for now.

$LOCKY and $LOCKPAD

What are $LOCKY and $LOCKPAD?

They're LockPad's own planned tokens: $LOCKY is named after our mascot, and $LOCKPAD after the platform. Neither exists yet. We plan to launch both together after a few days of announcements on our socials. Plans can change, and either may launch later or never.

Does the team get any?

No. There's no team, founder or insider allocation of either token: no pre-mint, reserved supply, vesting, first buy, presale, whitelist or insider airdrop. Anyone who wants them, including us, has to buy on the open market after launch. Both launch under the same no-rug rules as every LockPad coin.

Where do their trading fees go?

Because LockPad creates them, there's no outside creator. After the venue's cut, each token's fees are split 80% to buyback-and-burn of that same token and 20% to LockPad as a platform fee (for $LOCKY, earmarked for future marketing and projects).

How often do the buyback-and-burns and other payouts run?

All automatic, on every chain, and every run is logged with transaction links on the Transparency page:

What How often
Creator fee payouts About every 15 minutes per chain
$LOCKY and $LOCKPAD buyback-and-burns About every 15 minutes per chain
Reward-coin holder rewards (reward coins open on each chain once launches there go live) Hourly on Solana, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain; daily on Ethereum, where gas costs more
Holder balance snapshots for those rewards About every 5 minutes, so rewards follow how much you held and for how long during the period
LockPad platform fee sweeps to the treasury Hourly

A payment only goes out when its network fee is about 3% of the amount or less; otherwise it waits for the next run. Times are targets, not guarantees.

Is the buyback-and-burn a promise about price?

No. It's a fee-routing mechanism, not price support or a return. Amounts depend on trading volume and may be small or zero. LockPad doesn't recommend buying either token, and we never make price predictions.

How do I avoid fake $LOCKY or $LOCKPAD tokens?

Expect fakes. Official CA will only be announced on our socials. Don't buy any CA we haven't announced. We never DM contract addresses and there's no presale or whitelist. Anyone offering one is a scammer.

How "no rug" works

What's a rug pull, and how does LockPad stop it?

A rug pull usually needs one of these levers. LockPad removes every one of them in the launch transaction:

Rug lever On LockPad
Pull the liquidity Locked forever. No one holds a withdrawable LP position
Mint more tokens Mint authority revoked (EVM tokens have no mint function)
Freeze your wallet Freeze authority revoked
Change the coin's name or ticker Fixed forever at launch (coin info like the description, logo and links can only be edited with the launching wallet's signature, with a public edit history)
Dump a hidden dev bag Deployer keeps 0 tokens. No creator allocation and no first buy
Change fees or redirect them Fee split and recipients frozen at launch
Upgrade the contracts later LockPad's contracts are non-upgradeable, with no admin or upgrade keys over launched coins
What can LockPad itself NOT do?

We can't pull liquidity, mint, freeze, blacklist, pause, change a coin's name or ticker, change a coin's fees or touch anyone's coins. We only apply coin-info edits that the launching wallet signed. That's what "Not even us" means, and it's enforced on-chain, not by a promise. Our No-Rug Commitment also covers how our team behaves (no sniping, no trading on inside information).

Does this depend on anyone else?

Yes, in one way. LockPad coins run on third-party protocols: Meteora on Solana, and Uniswap or PancakeSwap on EVM chains. LockPad gives up every power it could have, but some of these protocols can be upgraded by their own operators, and LockPad doesn't control them. Each proof page names the protocol a coin runs on.

So I can't lose money?

You can. "No rug" doesn't mean "no loss." Prices can still crash because people sell, including early buyers and the creator if they bought on the open market. Locked liquidity isn't a price floor. Demand can vanish, bots exist, and memecoins can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose. See the Risk Disclosure.

Has LockPad been audited?

No. LockPad hasn't hired an independent auditor, and we don't call our contracts "audited." Don't take our word for any of it: every coin's proof page links to independent block explorers so you can check the important facts yourself. Mint and freeze authorities are revoked, liquidity is locked, the deployer holds 0 tokens, and the fee settings are frozen. If a proof page and the blockchain ever disagree, the blockchain is right.

Proof pages

What's a proof page?

Every LockPad coin has a public page that shows, with links to independent block explorers:

  • the launch transaction
  • mint and freeze authority status (revoked)
  • metadata status (name and ticker fixed; coin-info edit history)
  • the liquidity lock
  • the fee configuration and who receives each share
  • the launcher wallet's zero balance
  • fee payouts and burns as they happen
How do I check a coin myself?

Open the coin's proof page from LockPad, then click through to the block explorer links and check each item there. You don't have to trust us. Check the chain. If a proof page and the blockchain ever disagree, the blockchain is right, and please tell us at Mike@officiallockpad.com.

Where can I see every wallet LockPad uses?

On our Transparency page (officiallockpad.com/wallets): launcher, checkout, fee, buyback and treasury wallets on every chain, plus LockPad's contracts and the Solana Lifeboat program. We publish a wallet before it's ever used, and we never use an unlisted one.

A coin on another site uses the same name as a LockPad coin. Which one is real?

Names and images prove nothing. Anyone can copy them. The only thing that identifies a coin is its contract address (CA). Check the CA against the proof page on officiallockpad.com.

How can a creator prove which contract is the real one?

Every LockPad coin has a verify page (officiallockpad.com/verify/…) with the full contract address, a copy button and the live proof. It also gives the creator a badge for their website, X or Telegram. The badge is drawn fresh from the on-chain proof every time it loads and always links back to the verify page. It only shows "verified" if every check passed in the last 24 hours. Screenshots can be faked; the link can't. To see every LockPad coin using a ticker, visit officiallockpad.com/real/TICKER.

What's the official pool? What does "Unofficial pool, fees may differ" mean?

Every LockPad coin has one official pool: the pool LockPad launched it into (on Solana, the bonding curve until the coin graduates and then the pool it graduates to; on EVM chains, the coin's Uniswap v4 pool with LockPad's fee hook). It's the pool that pays the coin's fee split. The proof page, the verify page and the official badge name it, and LockPad checks it on-chain about every 30 minutes. Buys on officiallockpad.com and Protected Buy only go through the official pool. Anyone can open another pool for any token. When we find one (from DEX Screener, GeckoTerminal or on-chain), the coin page, the LockPad for X extension and our public API mark it "Unofficial pool, fees may differ": trades there don't follow the coin's LockPad fee split and may have other fees or thin liquidity. That label is only information. It's never a reason to delist a coin; delisting is only for phishing links or fake volume / fake holders.

What's "exit liquidity" on a coin page?

Market cap is price × supply. Nobody can actually sell for that much. The exit-liquidity card estimates how much could be sold before the price drops 2%, 10% or 50%, using the pool's current reserves and the coin's trading fee. It's an estimate, not a quote: real fills depend on the venue and other trades, and it changes every block.

Built to outlast us

What happens to my coin if LockPad shuts down?

It keeps trading. LockPad coins live on public protocols (Meteora on Solana, Uniswap v4 or PancakeSwap Infinity on the EVM chains), not on our servers, and their liquidity is locked forever. Creator payouts work like this without us:

  • EVM chains (Base, Ethereum, Robinhood, BNB Chain): no waiting. Anyone can call the fee hook's distribute function at any time, and it pays the split fixed at launch: on a regular coin, 75% straight to the creator's wallet. On reward coins that 75% goes to the coin's reward splitter instead, and anyone can then call release() on it to send the creator's 1/3 (25% of the fee).
  • Solana: claiming Meteora creator fees needs a signature from whoever holds the pool's creator role, and Meteora has no time-out of its own. For coins launched with the LockPad Lifeboat program, that role belongs to a program address no person controls. LockPad claims through it and pays creators automatically. If LockPad hasn't claimed for 7 days, anyone can trigger a claim that pays the creator's share straight to the payout wallet set at launch, as wrapped SOL (wSOL). So Solana payouts can pause for up to 7 days before anyone can step in. For reward coins this pays only the creator's 1/3. The program has no admin and no upgrade key, and the 7-day wait is fixed in its code. It isn't deployed yet, so today Solana creator fees depend on LockPad's router, and Solana coins launched before the program is live keep depending on it; the Lifeboat manifest marks each coin.
  • Reward coins' holder share: holder airdrops stop. On EVM, holders' money that isn't collected for 7 days can be used by anyone to buy and burn that coin on its own pool (each buy moves the price about 1% at most, at least an hour apart; the money can't go to any wallet). On Solana it stays where it is (nobody can take it) until LockPad is back.

Our Lifeboat page has the tools to check and run all of this without our website: a public manifest of every coin, an offline app and a command-line tool. What would stop: our website, new launches, automatic scheduled payouts, holder airdrops, and the $LOCKY/$LOCKPAD burns and platform fee (that's LockPad's own share).

Have you tested that?

On local test networks, yes: we stop LockPad's payout service, move the clock forward past the 7 days, and show that a wallet with no LockPad key gets the creator paid, on copies of every chain. A full "lifeboat drill" on a public test deployment (servers off, results published with transaction links, including anything that didn't work) hasn't been run yet; it's planned before mainnet and will be logged on the Lifeboat page.

Do LockPad staff get early access or free tokens?

No. Under our No-Insiders Pledge, every staff wallet is listed publicly, staff don't buy any LockPad coin in its first 24 hours, and staff never take tokens or payments from creators. Every trade by a listed staff wallet in a LockPad coin is shown automatically, and any buy inside the 24-hour window is marked as a breach and stays visible. We can only see wallets that are listed; if you think someone is trading from an unlisted wallet, tell us.

Delisting

When does LockPad delist a coin?

Only for two reasons:

  1. Phishing links: links to wallet drainers or fake airdrops in the coin's description, links or socials shown on LockPad.
  2. Fake volume or fake holders: wash trading, or bot/sybil wallets controlled or funded by the creator or people acting with them.

Nothing else gets a coin delisted. That includes impersonation, copycat names, offensive memes, complaints alone, inactivity and a falling price. Being listed on LockPad isn't an endorsement and doesn't mean a coin is safe.

What happens when a coin is delisted?

It's removed from LockPad's listings, charts and trade links. A person always reviews the evidence first, and where possible we show a warning label before delisting. The coin's page then says which reason applied and summarizes the evidence. Delisting never touches the chain: the coin, its locked liquidity and everyone's coins stay exactly as they are, and you can still hold or trade it elsewhere.

For the creator: the launch fee isn't refunded, LockPad keeps its 10% platform fee, the burn shares keep flowing, and LockPad pauses its automatic payouts of the creator's share (on the EVM chains anyone can still trigger the coin's on-chain payout).

Can I appeal?

Yes. Email Mike@officiallockpad.com with the subject "Delisting Appeal".

Locky

Who is Locky?

Locky is LockPad's mascot and an AI chatbot. When you chat with Locky, you're talking to an AI, not a human. Locky's job is to collect your feature ideas and suggestions. Locky also keeps an eye on what other launchpads ship and brings ideas to the LockPad team. Nothing gets built just because Locky suggested it: a LockPad admin reviews and approves or declines every idea.

Can Locky give me trading advice or price predictions?

No. Locky doesn't give financial, legal or tax advice, price information or predictions, and it can be wrong. Nothing Locky says is a promise from LockPad.

Is my chat private?

We store your chats with Locky, your suggestions and any contact details you choose to share, as described in our Privacy Policy. Never type a seed phrase, private key or password into Locky (or anywhere else). Locky tries to catch and redact them, but that's best-effort.

Safety

Will LockPad ever ask for my seed phrase?

Never. Nobody from LockPad will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key: not in DMs, not by email, not on a "support" or "verification" site. Anyone who asks is a scammer. Your seed phrase only ever goes into your own wallet app.

Will LockPad DM me?

We will never DM you a contract address, ask you to buy anything, or ask for your seed phrase or wallet signature. There's no "LockPad support" account that resets wallets or asks you to sign. If a DM does any of those, block and report it.

Where's the official CA?

Official CA will only be announced on our socials. Don't buy any CA we haven't announced. Our only official accounts: X @OfficialLockPad, Instagram @officiallockpad, TikTok @OfficialLockPad, Telegram announcements t.me/OfficialLockPad and community chat t.me/OfficialLockPadChat, and this site, officiallockpad.com. There's no presale, no whitelist and no private sale.

Lookalikes. Tickers aren't unique. Other projects and tokens already use names and tickers that look like ours. Any $LOCKPAD or $LOCKY contract address announced before our official announcement, or that isn't pinned on X (@OfficialLockPad), is not ours. When we launch $LOCKPAD and $LOCKY, the contract addresses will be announced and pinned on @OfficialLockPad and listed on officiallockpad.com. Don't buy any CA we haven't announced. We don't name other projects here; check the pinned post and this site.

A coin links to a website. Is it safe to connect my wallet?

Not automatically. Coins are made by creators, not LockPad, and a link that was safe yesterday can turn malicious. We scan links and delist coins with phishing links, but detection isn't perfect. Never connect your wallet or sign anything just because a coin links to it. Read every wallet prompt before you sign.

What's "Protected buy"?

A box on each coin page for buying the coin in its official pool only. LockPad builds the buy for your own wallet to sign: on Solana it buys directly on the coin's bonding curve or, after graduation, its official pool; on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain it swaps through the Uniswap router into the coin's official v4 pool. You see the quote first, the transaction is simulated before you sign, and a minimum amount out (set by your slippage setting, 1% unless you change it) is written into the transaction, so if the price moves further before it lands, the buy fails instead of filling at a worse price. Very large buys that would move the price a lot are refused. LockPad adds no fee. You pay the coin's normal trading fee and network costs. LockPad never holds your funds: the coins go straight to the wallet that signs. If the official pool check fails, Protected Buy pauses for that coin until it passes again.

I think I found a scam or a bug. Who do I tell?

Email Mike@officiallockpad.com. For phishing links on a coin, include the coin's proof page link. For security bugs, please report privately and don't post exploit details publicly.

Wallets and chains

Which wallets can I use?
Chain Native coin (fees and gas) Wallets
Solana SOL Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or any Wallet Standard wallet; Solana Pay QR
Base ETH MetaMask, Coinbase/Base Wallet, Rabby, WalletConnect
Ethereum ETH MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect
BNB Chain BNB MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Wallet, OKX Wallet, WalletConnect
Robinhood Chain ETH Robinhood Wallet, MetaMask, Rabby
Can I use an exchange address as my Payout Address?

Don't. Fees are sent automatically on-chain to exactly that address, and exchanges often don't credit those deposits. Use a self-custody wallet you control on the coin's chain. Fees sent to an unsupported address can't be recovered.

My transaction failed or is stuck. What now?

If you paid and the launch didn't happen, the refund is automatic, to the paying wallet, in the same coin and amount. If you don't see it within a reasonable time, email Mike@officiallockpad.com with your payment transaction link. Never share your seed phrase with anyone who offers to "help."
